Alicia is an active member of the arts and music education community in New York City and Long Island, New York. After earning her graduate degree in performance from Hunter College in 2014, Alicia joined the faculty of the Virtuoso Suzuki Academy as a teacher of traditional string pedagogy, musicianship, music theory, and as assistant to the conductor. Primarily a cellist, Alicia enjoys sharing her passion for all genres of music in the recording studio as well as on the stage. Thrilled to be a part of Vari Musicisti, she hopes to foster the growth of this exciting new ensemble not only as a performer, but also as a board member.
